HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE

We hope that you love your purchase. Just in case it’s not
exactly what you wished for, you can request a return within 14
days. Just follow the steps below:

STEP 1

Log in. Click on "Account" at the bottom left.

STEP 2

Click on "Order History." Find your order and click "Request Return."

STEP 3

Select the items you want to return. Choose a reason for the return.

STEP 4

Click the "Request Return" button.

STEP 5

We will contact you to pickup the items. To track yourreturn, go to "My Orders."

  • Return Policy

    • We will collect your return within three working days
    • Once we receive your item(s), it will go through our Quality Check process,
      which takes up to 24-hours
    • All Cash-On-Delivery will be refunded as Store Credit within 24-hours
    • Refunds to credit/debit cards may take up to 10 days to reflect in your
      account
    • Please ensure all item(s) are returned in their original brand packaging
    • We will send unapproved items back to you
    • Beauty, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Exchange Policy

    • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you can do soat the nearest Gant store.
    • Please note that exchanges are limited to sizeand color variations of the same style and cannot be made for a differentitem.
    • Beauty products, underwear, and swimwear are not eligible for return orexchange.
